The Viggaløpet is a recreational race between Brandbu and Gran, and has been organized since 1991. The race has its start and finish area in Gran and Brandbu every other year, and is a collaboration between Gran IL, Brandbu IF, Gran Shopping Center, and Brandbu Shopping Center. The Viggaløpet marks its 30th year, and although the traditional race was canceled, participants are encouraged to continue running.
